Newgale Lodge hosts groups for all sorts of reasons. We cater for all types of guests including families (of any size!), corporate teams, club adventures, retreat organisers, and event planners. Hire the whole Lodge or choose between our residencies and social spaces.
Corporate Retreats & Team Building
DCo designs programmes and events that include tailored development activities, projects, workshops and team-building exercises to address your specific requirements. At a time when retention levels are falling, investing in your people can make all the difference.

Clubs, Retreats & Events
We pride ourselves in adapting to our different guests and welcome a range of wellness, yoga, and creative retreat providers every year. We have plenty of indoor and outdoor space for your personal use, featuring our restaurant, meeting space that can double for indoor yoga, bar and social space in addition to a cosy lounging area.
Friends & Family
We are a go-to for many large families wanting to stay and experience the Pembrokeshire countryside together. Our bunkhouses, cottage, and social spaces make this an easy step in creating lasting memories of family holidays. Whether you choose self-catering or our chef to cater for you, there are multiple cooking spaces available both indoors and outdoors.
Caldey House
Caldey House, our three-bedroom holiday cottage sleeping up to 6 people can be hired separately. All rooms are en-suite with their own Alexa, hair dryer, and TV. Downstairs, you will find a spacious lounge, a dining room and kitchen, a meeting room, in addition to amenities such as a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher.
Meeting Room
A bright and airy meeting room space. Suitable for up to 20 people. With audio and visual equipment, magnetic and write-on walls and flipcharts. The room has access to refreshments and breakout seating areas.
Whole Site
If you want to host your own event it is possible to hire the whole site for your group. Sleeping up to 45 people across two bunkhouses and the cottage in 1.5 acres of secluded countryside in easy reach of the beaches and sites of Pembrokeshire.
Facilitation
If your group wants to experience some team-building activities on-site, you can hire a facilitator to lead you through a selection of fun and interactive group problem-solving tasks.
Whole Site
We can help you to book additional activities off-site during your stay. Whether you want to take a boat trip, coasteer or surf we have personal experience of local providers and will help you hire the right option for your group.What people are saying

“I ran a Yoga and Walking Weekend at the beginning of November. We all had such a great time. The bunk house is what you would expect but warm and en-suites. The cottage is so very comfortable. Beautiful dinning room in the cow shed. The team could not have done anymore to help (Ian even sorted the weather for us. ) I have booked for next year”
“We booked this holiday cottage through air BnB. Process was effortless. Host was prompt in communicating. Lodge is near village of Newgale. Well signposted from the main road. Look out for the acute right turn when you travel from Cardiff side. It is isolated in the middle of the fields. It is very quiet. The Lodge was spacious for our party. Rooms were clean. Sheets were freshly laundered. Every room had attached bathroom and toilet which were clean. Kitchen and dining was huge and was well furnished and equipped for a large group. There was a big fridge and freezer. We had a good time.”
