Not Your Average Space
Just like our sister organisation, DCo (The Development Company Ltd), we pride ourselves on being a bit different. We provide memorable team residential experiences in a space which enables groups to stay, learn and connect on a meaningful level. We encourage the unique qualities in each of our clients and reflect this through our bespoke stays.
Stay
Newgale Lodge provides accommodation for up to 45 people.
Groups can stay in one of our two bunkhouses, Skomer & Ramsey, named after islands off the Pembrokeshire coastline. Rooms are all en-suite and accommodate four to six persons in each bunk accommodation. Find out more...

Whatever your reason for coming together, we will help design your event. Residential development programmes for all levels of employees from managers to early careers are delivered by our sister company (DCo.) Teams can eat together in the converted 'Cowshed' Restaurant or alfresco at our outdoor pizza oven & BBQ area.
