The course struck a great balance between challenge and support. The group were pushed outside of their comfort zones, while feeling safe to experiment, make errors and grow. I really valued the thought-provoking nature of the sessions, equipped with anecdotes and translated into exercises rather than sitting and learning theory.
The course helped me understand myself better, where I can use my strengths to their maximum potential, and where I need to improve to be the best version of myself.

Such a great place, great for groups, and for families and individuals.
I highly recommend this venue. Great for schools, colleges, apprenticeship development, or even weddings and private parties. It has its own bar and restaurant or you can cook your own food.

Fantastic accommodation for a grassroots football touring team.
If you're looking for a week or weekend trip away for a football team or large group where every room has an ensuite, where you've a games room and a fabulous dining room then Newgale Lodge is the place to go. I've just organised a grassroots tour to Pembrokeshire for families and we've just had the best time from start to finish.

Great yoga weekend
I ran the second yoga and walking weekend at the beginning of November. We all had such a great time. The bunk-house is what you'd expect. the cottage is so very comfortable. Beautiful dining room in the Cow Shed. The person who reviewed saying the signal is poor here is right. As it is in many areas of Wales. This was a plus 🙂 I have booked for next year!

An outstanding place.
We stayed as 3 families with a small child each and the place was perfect! Our kids had plenty of space to run around in a safe and beautiful surroundings. Dining room and lounge made a perfect space for grown ups to unwind after surfing/climbing. Would definitely stay again!

Bedrooms which are all en-suite are spotless, spacious and incredibly comfortable. Televisions in all the rooms. Basic kitchen facilities but a dishwasher and powerful washing machine and tumble dryer make for easy dealing with walking stuff and beach stuff. Very quiet and secluded with lots of beautiful beaches and walks in easy reach.

This house should be a rare find!
We went as a family and we had a great time in the cottage, the place was lovely and clean. Kids enjoyed the outdoor space. The house was well informed with leaflets and help points everywhere. We will deffo visit back again. STRONGLY recommend this cottage.
