Newgale Lodge is a purpose-designed residential development site in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. It was built for this. Every space in Newgale Lodge exists to serve one outcome: the full immersion of your people in high-challenge, high-participation experiential development.

Newgale Lodge is owned and operated by DCo - The Development Company. A leading UK learning and development consultancy, DCo designs and delivers bespoke, high-challenge development programmes for some of the country's most demanding organisations.
When DCo needed a venue that could match the ambition of our programmes, we made one.
If you want DCo to design, build and deliver your residential from the ground up (the programme, the facilitation, the entire experience), that is what we do. That conversation starts here.
If your organisation already has its development arranged and simply needs a site built for the purpose, that is also available. Day hire, residential stays and facilitated programmes are offered to organisations who arrive with their own agenda.
